Customer terms

The offer is public. Signed terms make it binding.

Private founding-pilot evaluation is available, with a published success-gated price. Production access and payment obligations arise only under the signed customer package; creating an account does neither.

Current status

Private founding pilot: $0 through supervised setup and the first production DROP Matched batch accepted or processed by the official DROP workflow, then $2,388 per year under signed customer terms. Every generated response file in that batch must reach that state; sandbox acceptance does not trigger billing.

Seaside Crypto LLC offers DROP Matched. Account creation begins evaluation only. It does not represent a signed agreement, an active production entitlement, a service level, or a charge. General self-service production onboarding is not available.

Offer boundary

The success gate, annual price, service scope, term, renewal, payment mechanics, support, and other legal obligations must appear in the signed order and customer agreement. If this summary conflicts with signed terms, the signed terms control. No card is requested before the acceptance gate.

Review the operational sequence and buyer inputs on the founding-pilot onboarding page.

Product boundary

DROP Matched is software, not legal advice. It does not guarantee compliance or a regulatory outcome. CPPA access, source-data completeness, legal status decisions, real-world deletion or opt-out actions, downstream-provider work, and final CPPA processing confirmation remain the operator’s responsibility in hosted v1.

Evaluation use

Use the public sample with generated data. A real broker workflow requires an authorized operator and provisioned production entitlement. Protect downloaded artifacts, do not probe systems or accounts you do not own, and stop if an output or integrity check appears incorrect. Report issues without attaching customer files, DROP files, credentials, or secrets.

Before production activation

The customer package must identify both legal parties, service scope, acceptable use, payment and renewal rules, privacy and security commitments, support and incident channels, warranties and disclaimers, liability allocation, termination, data retention/deletion, and governing law. It requires the company’s and Seaside Crypto LLC’s authorized signatures before production provisioning.
