This is a dated public pre-launch snapshot, not a live incident console. It separates the evaluation surfaces, published founding offer, and production gates that still require operator action.

Public evaluation is active; production activation remains gated
The product site and generated-data sample expose the intended local workflow. A published founding offer does not make an evaluation account production-ready.

The public web probe shows service reachability only. It is not evidence that notification delivery, backups, billing, customer contracting, or a real broker cycle are complete. The founding price is published; general self-service and ungated paid access are not.

Open launch gates

  • Owner-approved and live-rehearsed broker claim, credential recovery, and verified mailbox-transfer procedure.
  • Independent CT-103 failure-alert delivery, plus authenticated customer-reminder email when reminders are enabled.
  • Managed-browser continuity and operational enforcement of the owner-approved 30-day active / 90-day encrypted-backup retention policy across every backup tier.
  • The deletion journal, encrypted off-host copy, and scratch restore/replay are proven; actual hosted-account deletion execution remains disabled until the full retention policy is enforced.
  • Signed customer package, live success-gated billing/reconciliation, and production entitlement provisioning.
  • End-to-end validation with the official CPPA sandbox.
  • Provider-verified official DROP acceptance evidence, retained externally with only its reference and SHA-256 recorded in DROP Matched.

Incident communication

There is no paid-production incident feed during public pre-launch. If you encounter a security or integrity issue, stop using the affected output and email privacy@dropmatched.com without attaching customer files, DROP files, or credentials.
