Company onboarding

A proof gate your buyer can see.

The founding pilot is a supervised, one-broker deployment. Evaluation can start now; production access is provisioned only after company identity, broker ownership, an authorized operator, and signed customer terms are verified.

Current status

Private evaluation intake is open. Account creation is not production activation, contract acceptance, or a purchase. General self-service onboarding is not available.

DROP Matched is offered by Seaside Crypto LLC. A company receives production access only through the signed customer package and operator provisioning process. The latest technical and operating gates remain visible on the dated launch-status page.

The founding offer

$0 through proof.

Supervised setup and the first real cycle carry no software charge. Your operator keeps the files and state credentials, runs the match locally, uploads the generated response, and confirms the result in DROP.

After acceptance$2,388/year

The Success Gate occurs only after every response file generated for the first production DROP Matched batch is accepted or processed by the official DROP workflow, the customer verifies that confirmation, and the provider records a non-row-level evidence reference and hash. A sandbox run or partial batch never opens billing. No card is requested before that gate. The signed order controls checkout, term, renewal, payment, and the exact service scope.

This page is an offer summary, not the customer agreement. It does not promise a regulatory result, legal compliance, a service level, or work inside systems DROP Matched cannot see.

Company buyer checklist

  1. Confirm operating fit

Your company is a registered California data broker with a four-digit broker ID, one authorized operator, and a managed Chromium-based desktop browser profile validated during onboarding. Hosted v1 accepts exactly one complete customer CSV per run and refuses an export above 1,000,000 data rows or 32 MiB, whichever limit is reached first; do not split one complete source population into separate DROP Matched runs.

  2. Complete the buyer review

Provide the company’s legal name, the operator’s work email, the public broker ID, and the appropriate contract signer. Review the security boundary, product privacy notice, and customer documents with your legal and security reviewers.

  3. Sign and provision

The company signs its order and applicable customer terms. DROP Matched verifies the broker binding and operator evidence, then provisions the supervised pilot entitlement. An evaluation account by itself cannot open the production workspace.

  4. Run one supervised cycle

Your operator downloads the official ZIP directly from its own DROP account, selects that ZIP and the approved customer export locally in DROP Matched, completes real-world actions, builds response files, and keeps the encrypted continuity backup.

  5. Verify acceptance, then bill

Your operator uploads the response through the official state workflow. Seaside independently verifies the acceptance evidence and records only its reference and hash; only then does the $2,388 annual checkout open under the signed order.

Do not send us the working files

Never attach or paste customer records, official DROP files, response files, passwords, state-account credentials, backup passwords, or other secrets into an intake or support message.

The browser-local product is designed so those files are selected and processed on the company-controlled device. A supervised session can guide the operator, but it does not require the provider to receive the files or take control of the company’s DROP account.

The server receives narrow operational metadata described in the privacy notice. DROP Matched does not make legal decisions, delete records in source systems, operate downstream providers, or independently prove that an action was completed.

Start with non-sensitive details

Create an evaluation account with the intended operator’s work email. For the fit review, provide only the company legal name, public four-digit broker ID, operator role, contract contact, and a high-level description of the systems that produce the customer export. Do not include the underlying records or files.

Already provisioned? Log in to the workspace. If you are still evaluating the mechanics, use the generated-data sample.
